Deliverable management of IT Business Partners   working on Microsoft's Projects on Campus (Infosys/ TCS/ Wipro/ CSC ....teams working at  MS campus  )  

Responsibilities

Program Manager is an Individual Contributor role encompassing program delivery and technical depth in a matrix organization.

On a tactical basis, this position is responsible for working with Business partners, understanding requirements, creating functional specifications for the business needs, prioritize the requirements, plan for delivering the project in a timely manner with available resources without compromising on quality, manage the project till delivery and beyond.

For the strategic part - enhance the project capabilities by continuous improvements & innovation, develop strong partnership with business and other groups, globally.

Other ongoing tasks would also include ensuring communications are seamless, escalations, risks and issues are well managed; interact with senior management for presentations as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

·         This person would have overall 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Project Management

·         Experience with shipping at least two full project releases as Project/Program Manager, from release inception through post go live support

·         This person would excel in written and verbal communications while handing tactical day to day tasks. Proven ability in working across the org, a self-starter, who can deal with ambiguity, maintains focus, drives to clarity and provides innovative solutions

·         Demonstrated ability to collaborate and deliver results in a matrix organization.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to schedule and collaborate across multiple groups.

·         Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Demonstrated passion for quality and attention to detail

·         Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and all management levels

·         Expertise in various software Development methodologies   like SCRUM, TSP/PSP is preferred.
